U.S. Department of Homeland Security – Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency
Objective
DHS CISA sought to support the National Risk Management Center’s (NRMC) integrated risk management mission by enhancing infrastructure consequence analysis, decision support, and modeling. The goal is to improve prioritization and operational efficiency across cyber and physical risk domains, in alignment with PPD-21 and EO 13636, through centralized analytics and collaboration with public and private sector partners.
Solution
SIG supported DHS Office of Cyber and Infrastructure Analysis (OCIA) with comprehensive services spanning program management, strategic communications, planning, training, and mission operations. This included developing project plans, performance metrics, and governance structures; aligning goals with federal mandates; producing reports and outreach materials; coordinating training; and delivering high-level writing, process improvement, and design support to ensure efficient, mission-focused execution.
Impact
SIG’s support enabled efficient execution of OCIA’s mission, enhancing operational effectiveness, ensuring strategic alignment, and improving communication and decision-making across OCIA’s programs.
