SIG supports FAA’s enterprise modernization and big data strategy across ACQ, AFN, and ATO contracts. FAA’s goal is to enhance decision-making, streamline operations, and improve financial oversight through integrated systems, cloud migration, and advanced analytics. These efforts align with FAA’s strategic priorities and enable scalable, data-driven transformation across mission-critical programs.
Solution
SIG delivers system integration, workflow automation, and secure analytics platforms. We migrate data to the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP), build dashboards for fleet, budget, and acquisition tracking, and coordinate activities across FAA systems. Our team provides financial management, investment analysis, and process innovation, while also piloting AI tools and defining architecture and governance for EDP.
Impact
Across all FAA contracts, SIG helped to reduce unused funds and improve oversight with real-time dashboards. Our CLMRS redesign in particular saved $10M and earned Executive PMO access for Director-level engagement. These efforts drive strategic initiatives, enhance transparency, and accelerate FAA’s modernization goals through measurable outcomes and high-level stakeholder trust.
